3. RCIC Representation
Our consultants are registered RCICs operating in accordance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act and the CICC's Code of Professional Ethics. You may verify the standing of any RCIC through the CICC public register.
A formal Retainer Agreement will be provided and must be signed before we undertake representation on your behalf. The Retainer Agreement governs the specific scope of our services, fees, and obligations for your matter.
4. Fees & Payments
Our professional service fees are set out in the Retainer Agreement provided for each engagement. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Government application fees (payable to IRCC, ESDC, or other authorities) are separate and are the client's responsibility.
Payment terms are as specified in the Retainer Agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed. All payments are due as outlined in the agreement before services commence or at agreed milestones.
5. Refund Policy
All fees paid for services that have been commenced are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the Retainer Agreement or required by applicable law. If you wish to terminate services before commencement, please contact us in writing. Any refund will be assessed based on work completed at the time of termination.
Government fees paid directly to IRCC or other authorities are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Information shared with us in connection with your immigration matter will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law, regulatory obligation, or as necessary to provide the agreed services (e.g., submission to IRCC).
We maintain a secure client portal and encrypted communication channels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Grid Immigration Solutions and its consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any immigration decision made by IRCC, ESDC, the IRB, or any other government authority.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration decisions are made exclusively by government authorities. While we strive to prepare the strongest possible applications, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular immigration outcome. Approval of any application, permit, or status is at the sole discretion of IRCC, ESDC, the IRB, or other relevant authorities.
Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Our services are limited to the professional preparation and submission of applications and representation in proceedings β not to the decisions of government officials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship by providing written notice. If we terminate services, we will provide reasonable notice and return any client documents held by us. All earned fees up to the point of termination are non-refundable. You remain responsible for any government deadlines or submission requirements that arise after termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
