As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will have the opportunity to introduce and refer clients who wish to either work, study or immigrate to Canada.  You will have important job duties such as collecting client documents as per the directions of the RCIC, assisting the RCIC in print or electronic advertisement processes and in conducting information seminars, client meetings etc.

While we would train you to provide conscientious and competent client services and soft skills, you cannot render any kind of immigration advice to the prospective immigration applicants. All our agent relationships and communications are conducted as per CICC’s Agent Regulations.
